Buckeye Heating and Cooling LLC offers a wide range of HVAC services. We do installation, maintenance, and repair of  heating and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients.

We recommend that you have your system serviced twice a year to keep your HVAC system running efficiently. 

 The maintenance agreement includes the following at each SCHEDULED service:

-  Inspect filter(s)  and change if customer provided filter (s)  

-  Take T.D. (temperature difference) to test cooling capability

-  Check water safety switch (float switch)

-  Check heater amperage

-  Wash indoor coil (evaporator)

-  Wash primary drain pan

-  Flush condensate drain line

-  Wash condensate pump (if applicable)

-  Inspect ductwork

-  Check compressor amperage

-  Check condenser fan motor amperage

-  Check capacitor (mfd)

-  Wash outdoor coil and remove debris from outdoor unit
